Delivery Policy

Creature Comforts aims to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt; orders placed before 12 noon will be despatched on the next working day. If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you and advise you of the delay via email or phone; you will have the option to cancel your order, and receive a full refund, if you would rather not wait.

Lightweight items (e.g. collars, leads, most health products): £2.50 (per item)
All other deliveries including: food, beds, mats, cushions: £5.75 (whole order)

These delivery charges refer to UK mainland addresses only - delivery outside of the mainland may be possible by special arrangement. 

Our maximum delivery charge for orders under £45.00 is £5.75 (i.e. 3 small items = £5.75, not £7.50)
Delivery on all orders over £45.00 is free of charge.
