Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Diners card.
All our prices include VAT at the standard rate.
Deliveries
Creature Comforts aims to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt; orders placed before 12 noon will be despatched on the next working day. If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you and advise you of the delay via email or phone; you will have the option to cancel your order, and receive a full refund, if you would rather not wait.
Deliveries outside of the UK mainland may be possible but will have to be organised by special arrangement.
Returns & Guarantee
Should customers wish to return an item we will be pleased to refund the cost or replace it with another item from our range, provided that the original item is returned to Creature Comforts unused and in a saleable condition.
Should any product purchased from Creature Comforts be found to be faulty we will be pleased to provide you with a full refund or replace the product. In cases where an order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.
All returns must be notified to Creature Comforts within 7 days of delivery of the product.
Faulty Goods
It is your responsibility to return all goods to us in the same condition as they were delivered to you. Creature Comforts reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the re-packaging, repair or cleaning of any goods returned that are not in the same condition as they were upon delivery.
Notification of Shortages
Any shortages or discrepancies in the items delivered to you must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Privacy Policy
We do not retain customers' bank account details and do not disclose any information relating to our customers other than in relation to order fulfilment.
